New Walsall boss Richard Money has started his rebuilding plans by releasing Simon Osborn, Andy Oakes, Taiwo Atieno and Dean Coleman.

Money is planning for next season following relegation to League Two and although the departures of Atieno and Coleman come as no surprise, the exits of Osborn and Oakes do.

The experienced duo would have easily coped with life in the basement division but Money has decided to let them go.

Meanwhile, Alex Nicholls, Mark Bradley, David McDermott and Manny Smith have all been offered new one year deals.
