Watford have announced Sean Dyche as assistant boss, Alec Chamberlain as keeper coach and David Kerslake as first-team coach.

Kerslake is the unexpected name in Malky Mackay's new backroom staff with the 43-year-old joining after a stint alongside Colin Calderwood at Nottingham Forest.

Dyche is no surprise as the new Hornets manager's number two, while Chamberlain remains as goalkeeping coach.

As a player, Kerslake was at Queens Park Rangers and had spells at Swindon Town, Leeds United and Tottenham Hotspur.
