Albion will end their interest in Parma winger Jonathan Biabiany unless the Italian club lower their £8million valuation.

West Brom boss Alan Irvine is keen to sign another winger before the end of the month but will focus attention on West Ham's Matt Jarvis if Parma refuse to drop their asking-price for Biabiany.

The Frenchman has been one of the star performers for Parma and has also attracted interest from Southampton.

But despite the Baggies' making several offers for the 26-year-old, Parma are determined to hold out for £8m.

Albion's latest offer is believed to be around £5m and reports in Italy claim the club are now set to switch their attentions elsewhere.
