Baggies appoint Di Matteo

West Brom have appointed Roberto Di Matteo as the Baggies' new head coach on a rolling 12-month contract.

The ex-MK Dons manager will bring two members of his backroom staff with him in former Chelsea youth team coach Eddie Newton and fitness coach Ade Mafe.

West Brom have agreed compensation with MK Dons and Di Matteo is set to take over immediately.
