West Bromwich Albion have targeted Wolves star Bakary Sako and are being tipped to make a summer offer for him.
The winger is almost certain to leave Molineux this summer after their relegation to League One and local rivals West Brom are lining up a swoop for the 25-year-old.
The Frenchman, who was Wolves' player of the season, has also been linked with Fulham, while Lyon back in his home country are also said to be keen.
However, the Baggies could well be in the driving seat to land Sako who fancies trying his luck in the Premier League and would view a move to the Hawthorns as attractive as he would not have to move away from the Midlands.
Wolves paid £3million last summer when luring Sako away from St Etienne and, with two years still to run on his contract, it is likely any club wishing to secure his services will have to fork out in excess of that amount to land the experienced schemer.
