West Brom have made an impressive start to the new term and midfielder James Morrison believes they need to make home form count.

The Baggies have maintained a perfect home record this season, winning all four fixtures so far.

The last time the club managed to start this well they went on to win the championship in 1919-20.

Morrison knows that home form is vital, after last season's poor displays at The Hawthorns and believes it is crucial to take advantage this time round.

After the international break. Steve Clarke's side will arguably face their toughest home test of the season when they face up against champions Manchester City.

In-form star Morrison said: "At the start of the season we wanted to make this a tough place to come and improve on our home form. When you get wins it gives you confidence and that's what it's doing.

"The manager says 'just play your game' and we're playing with confidence."
