Billy Jones is confident West Brom's recent acquisitions will help the club find the winning formula following a disappointing start.
Steve Clarke's men have picked up one point from their opening three Premier League games after a 0-0 draw at Everton was sandwiched between home defeats against Southampton and Swansea respectively.
However, the Baggies boss has been busy in the transfer market since the 2-0 Swans reverse on September 1 and drafted in the likes of midfielder Morgan Amalfitano and forwards Stephane Sessegnon and Victor Anichebe before the deadline.
The international break has helped the new faces bed in on the training ground, while several players are also coming back from respective injury problems, and Jones claims the squad is now buzzing ahead of the return to Premier League hostilities at Fulham this weekend.
The Baggies have not won at Craven Cottage since 1967, but a confident Jones told the club's website: "The new boys have looked really good in training.
"You can see all the qualities there and, fair play to the club, they have made some great signings which are only going to help the squad.
"And the squad, with Zolly (Gera) and George (Thorne) coming back from injury looks really strong.
"As a group we just want to kick on now and get that first win as soon as possible and find that consistency we showed at times last year.
"It will be exciting to see the new boys in action and I think they are really wanting to impress from the get-go."
