West Brom striker Roman Bednar says he is now back to his best and is putting he recent difficulties behind him.

The Czech striker appears to be enjoying life again and is looking ahead to the future rather than dwell on the past following his ban for the possession of drugs earlier this season.

"For sure this is my best form.

"When I scored up at Sheffield United earlier this season I wasn't fully right fitness wise and the past was still there around me.

"I don't think about that now.

"The gaffer, players, supporters, the club - they are the most important thing. That's all I need to worry about. The future is the most important."
