West Brom have received an improved offer of £750,000 from Bolton for the services of experienced defender Paul Robinson

Trotters boss Gary Megson had made an original offer of £500,000 for the defender but West Brom value him at the £1m mark and turned down the original offer.

It remains to be seen if this latest offer will tempt the Baggies to sell and having only just landed a new manager in Roberto Di Matteo it appears unlikely that the first thing he will do is sell one of their most experienced players, especially for less than they value him at.
