West Ham are set to unveil Kelvin Davis as their new second choice keeper after he completes his medical at the club.
With Jan Lastuvka having returned to Shakhtar Donetsk following his loan spell the Hammers need a back up for Robert Green and Davis looks like he is going to be the man.
There was interest from Leeds United but once the Hammers made their own interest known then there was only ever going to be one winner for the keeper who has Premiership experience having played for Sunderland in 2005/6.
The 32-year-old is available on a free transfer from Southampton.
