Former player branded a diver

Wolves winger Michael Kightly has branded former team-mate Mark Davis a diver after he won a penalty in Saturday's clash.

Wolves were leading the vital Premier League survival clash until Davis went down in the area under a challenge from skipper Roger Johnson and Martin Petrov levelled from the spot before the Trotters went on to win the game.

Kightly was convinced Davies, who left Wolves in a £1m move to the Reebok in January 2009, had dived to win the penalty.

"I think it was a dive. If it was the other way around, we'd have been claiming a penalty," he added.
