Wolves midfielder Stephen Ward has urged his team-mates to take their frustration out on Spurs on Wednesday night.
The midfielder admits the side are frustrated after leading at Birmingham but to come away with nothing after a late brace from Kevin Phillips gave Blues the win.
Wolves take on Spurs on Wednesday needing the win to pull themselves out of the relegation places and Ward is confident that they will get it.
"You can't feel sorry for yourselves in this game and we have to dust ourselves down and hopefully get three points because they're needed badly now," he told the Birmingham Mail.
"I think it's a good thing that we've got a game so quickly, but we'll have to be right at it.
"We're preparing right for the game and getting ourselves ready for it - it's a quick turnaround and we have to be ready.
"It's vital we get something from the game because we've got a ten-day break and so the Spurs match becomes a massive one now."
