Wycombe boss Gareth Ainsworth expects a quiet transfer deadline day at Adams Park.

The Chairboys have extended the loan stays of Bruno Andrade and Michael Harriman until the end of the season but the player/boss admits he is not working on any additionals deals.

"I don't think there's going to be too much action at Wycombe," Ainsworth told the Bucks Free Press.

"It's been a tough year financially and football wise, and I think we are in a good place. We don't really need to bring anyone in at the moment. There's definitely no deals brewing in the pipeline.

"I'm pleased because the squad's stayed together and I'm very, very happy with the squad here - the dynamics, the attitude, everything."

Wycombe, 17th in npower League Two, face a daunting trip to leaders Gillingham on Monday night.
